Visit to Eureka!
On Tuesday 18th October the children from Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 went to Halifax to visit Eureka! This was a final part of our school theme about ‘Ourselves’!
Eureka! is a unique place for families and groups to visit, where children aged 0 to 11 are inspired to learn all about themselves and the world around them by playing, imagining, experimenting and – above all – having fun, with the caring grown-ups in their lives.
The children had the opportunity to spend time in the ‘All about me’ area and then view all the other museum exhibits.
They had a fantastic time, many enjoyed the role play opportunities in the bank, garage, shop and Post Office.
