On Thursday 14th March we joined our partner schools with a celebration of Pi!
Every class took part in activities to find out more about mathematical Pi. Many of our younger children drew circles and made circular patterns. The older children carried out investigations into Pi and the relationship between the radius and the circumference of circles.
We started the day with a Pi assembly and some of the children finished our celebration with pies decorated with Pi!
Our international friends also celebrated Pi Day, they shared some of their work with us.
